About

NOTED ENDEAVORS is a video blog that celebrates individuals and ensembles who’ve successfully created their own opportunities. Founded by Eugenia Zukerman (flutist, writer, TV/video arts correspondent) and Dr. Emily Ondracek-Peterson (first violinist of the  Voxare String Quartet, educator, arts advocate, researcher) in partnership with MusicalAmerica.com.

Eugenia Zukerman and Emily Ondracek-Peterson

Eugenia and Emily talk with individuals and top ensembles such as Brooklyn Rider, The Knights, (le) Poisson Rouge, eighth blackbird, Daniel Bernard Roumain, Shuffle Ensemble, Talea, and many others. The interviews reveal how these entrepreneurial musicians were able to take an idea and actualize it. You’ll hear and see young and veteran musicians who have successfully created their own opportunities. You’ll learn the skills they developed, the business knowledge they acquired, and the steps they took to get where they are. Their stories are educational, fascinating, and inspiring. These inspiring and varied stories might spark your own entrepreneurial ideas.

Noted Endeavors can be viewed on the front page of MusicalAmerica.com. New videos and interviews will be released weekly. The complete video archive and additional information about the musicians and ensembles interviewed will be posted at NotedEndeavors.com.
